GENERAL CONDITIONS

The request for availability isn't binding and doesn't act as a contract neither for the client nor for Ralais Le Mezzelune.

The booking request represents an order form and therefore binding for the client but not binding for Ralais Le Mezzelune, on whose part remains free not to accept the booking.

The booking confirmation of Ralais Le Mezzelune sent to the client is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract with options.

If a deposit is requested or credit card details, the client must send these within the indicated time period to the direction of Ralais Le Mezzelune in order that the options are cleared and the booking is definitely confirmed.

At which point Ralais Le Mezzelune promises to send the client a confirmation e-mail.

The total booking must be confirmed by fax or by e-mail accepting the cancellation conditions of the establishment concerned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The booking request becomes binding only after the dispatch of a receipt that attests the payment of the deposit, when anticipated, or after the dispatch of the credit card data (Option 24 hours with Credit Card, Credit transfer or Money order, from the reception of the availability confirmation).

As far as your reservation will be confirmed, you will receive a voucher (confirm via E-mail or Fax) that you will need to present at the check-in upon your arrival.

In case of booking for one or two nights we need credit card data for guarantee.

With a stay of three of more nights we request a payment in advance of 30% (thirtypercent) of the total amount.

· Arrival:  rooms and Cottages will be available after 4.00 p.m, within and not after 8.00 p.m.

· Departure: rooms and Cottages will be left within 10.00 a.m.

· The price of the King Size Double Rooms in the main house (Bed & Breakfast)  includes: breakfast, taxes and service, bed and bath linen, daily cleaning.

· The price of the cottages (The hawk Cottage and Swallow Cottage) includes: taxes, water, gas electricity, bed and bath linen, final cleaning.

· The price of the cottages (The Hawk Cottage and Swallow Cottage) doesn't include: breakfast (Euro 13 /person/day), daily cleaning (Euro 18/day)

· Others: animals are not admitted; smoking is forbidden in the main house, in the cottages and in the rooms.

Settlement of payment

At your departure as follows:

· Cash
· By cheque
· By Eurocheque
· By credit card Visa, Mastercar

CANCELLATION POLICY

For stays of three or more nights, time limit for cancellation without penalty (the deposit of 30% of total amount will be entirely refunded):

· Medium season: 15 days before the arrival date - High season: 30 days before the arrival date.
· For cancellation after this time limits the deposit will be entirely held.

For stays of one or two nights, time limit for cancellation without penalty: 24 hours before the arrival date.  For cancellation after this time limit  the cost of one night will be charged.

PAYMENT

PLACE OF JURISDICTION (LAW COURTS)

For whatever controversy which might arise relating to interpretation, execution and/or to the finalisation of the booking contract to which the present conditions are applied, in which a part Ralais Le Mezzelune, is legally responsible, will be exclusively the competence of the local law courts of Livorno.
